| Method Nutritional Value: Low-fat Cut 600g trimmed chicken thigh fillets into 3cm cubes. Toss chicken in 2 teaspoons spicy season-all. Thread chicken onto 8 bamboo skewers. Char-grill kebabs. Meanwhile, cut 2 bunches broccolini in half and separate leaves from 1 bunch baby bok choy. Heat 1 teaspoon oil in a large wok. Stir-fry broccolini and bok choy until just wilted. Add 1/2 cup Fountain Soy, Honey and Garlic Marinade. Stir-fry until marinade boils. Serve kebabs with cooked Maggi Fat Free 2 Minute Noodles and stir-fried greens, drizzling with Marinade. | |
