Situated in South Melbourne, The Victorian Tapestry Workshop is one of the few remaining tapestry studios in the world.

Their work adorns the walls of buildings such as Canberra's Parliament House and the Sydney Opera House. Paintings big or small are handwoven by skilled artists using the finest hand-dyed wool. For a bargain $4, you can visit the studio and see the weavers constructing the often huge tapestries and once a week, there's a guided tour.
