Recipe: Orange, olive and wild greens salad

Ingredients
  • 4 cups mixed lettuce
  • 1 small red onion, finely sliced
  • 2 oranges, peeled and segmented
  • 1/4 cup Always Fresh black olives, sliced
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Moro red wine vinegar
  • Salt and cracked black pepper


1. Wash lettuce and pat dry with paper towels. Place a mound of leaves onto 4 individual plates. Sprinkle each with red onion, orange segments and black olives.

2. Whisk oil and vinegar, season with salt and pepper, and pour a little over each salad.
