Recipe: Vitamin B wake-up juice

Using a juicer, juice 500g watermelon flesh, 2 peeled oranges and 2 kiwi fruits. Alternatively, juice oranges then put orange juice, watermelon and kiwi fruit in a food processor and process until smooth.

Try adding a serve of wheatgrass, a natural food additive containing amino acids, minerals and vitamins, to kick off the body's cleansing process. We used Melrose Wheatgrass, available from health food stores; use quantity advised on packaging.

Health benefit: The morning after the night before, start the day by flushing out toxins in the body. This drink replaces B vitamins destroyed by alcohol consumption.
