Jessica Simpson is desperate to be regarded as a triple threat - someone who is equally bankable in the music, modelling and movie fields.

But it might take more than her remake of 'Working Girl' for that to happen; 'Blonde Ambition' had had its release date pushed back a second time.

Indeed, it no longer even has a release date - instead, it seems that Jess and Ashlee's father, Joe Simpson, has decided that the flick should be released when there's less competition for its release date.

So what's it competing with, you ask? Blockbusters of the ilk of 'Transformers', 'Fantastic 4' or 'Ocean's 13'? Er, no, not exactly. Instead it's up against the likes of 'Hot Rod', 'Underdog', 'Bratz: The Movie' and 'El Cantante'.

The movie also stars Luke Wilson, Penelope Ann Miller, Rachael Leigh Cook, and Andy Dick.
