Underwear model Andres Velencoso - who has been dating the 40-year-old singer since last year - decided to have her moniker etched onto his body to prove his commitment.

A source said: "Andres knows how insecure the 10-year age gap makes her feel. And this gesture has really boosted her happiness."

Andres - who already has the name of his late mother etched on his chest - is not the first star to have a tattoo in tribute to their significant other.

Amy Winehouse had a button pocket placket with the word ‘Blake's' etched above her heart to show her commitment to husband Blake Fielder-Civil, who she is now estranged from.

While dating Winona Ryder, Johnny Depp had ‘Winona Forever' inked on his arm, but later changed it to ‘Wino Forever' after they split.

Girls Aloud beauty Cheryl Cole had ‘Mrs Cole' tattooed on the back of her neck after she married soccer star husband Ashley in 2006.

David Beckham has the name of wife Victoria etched onto his arm in Hindu, as well as having the names of his three sons, Brooklyn, Romeo, and Cruz, tattooed on his back.
