Heather Mills will deliver an "inspirational" speech to promote meat-free meals     tomorrow.

The staunch vegan will give her ‘Get Healthy With Heather' speech at the Vegetarian Roadshow, held at the Royal Horticultural Halls in London.

In addition to being a guest inspirational speaker, Heather will also promote her new food range Mighty Meatless Meals in Minutes with a cooking demonstration.

The organisers of the event said: "Heather is a great cook who loves the challenge of turning a carnivore into a veggie through their stomach!

"Heather has been developing a new meatless meats food range over the last few years to encourage people to replace meat at least once a week."

Since winning a $49 million divorce settlement from Sir Paul McCartney last year, Heather has become a full-time animal rights campaigner.

Last month, she announced plans to renovate the Big Fish Cafe on the seafront at Hove, on the south coast of England, transforming it into a vegan eatery.
