1 Put a scoop of ice-cream in each cone. Stand upright in glasses and freeze. Put chocolate and Copha in a heavy based pan; stir over a low heat for 5 minutes or till chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth.
2 Remove comes from freezer. Dip into chocolate mixture, then sprinkle with coconut or nuts. Freeze for 30 minutes or till the chocolate is firm.
Serve straight from the freezer.
