Choc top ice-creams

Ingredients
  • 1 litre vanilla ice-cream
  • 12 mini ice-cream cones
  • 200g dark chocolate, chopped
  • 60g Copha, chopped
  • 2 cups of shredded coconut or crushed peanuts

1 Put a scoop of ice-cream in each cone. Stand upright in glasses and freeze. Put chocolate and Copha in a heavy based pan; stir over a low heat for 5 minutes or till chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth.

2 Remove comes from freezer. Dip into chocolate mixture, then sprinkle with coconut or nuts. Freeze for 30 minutes or till the chocolate is firm.

Serve straight from the freezer.

Copha is like Kremelta.

Copha is what they use to make Chocolate Crackles. Its in the fridge section of the supermarket.
