'Fast' Ed's Food in a Flash + More

May 08 02:11pm

In reponse to the huge demand for 'Fast' Ed's recipes, Better Homes and Gardens is launching Ed's very own magazine, Food in a Flash + More.

It's a stunning tribute to Ed's culinary skills and knowledge, and its 164 glossy pages will take you on a delicious journey. You'll find mouth-watering photography, more than 160 easy-to-follow recipes and loads of Ed's essential tips and techniques gained through working in many of the world's leading restaurants.

"A good chef uses cookbooks for inspiration as well as for information," says Ed. "This is why in Food in a Flash + More, the main recipes are followed by more recipes which draw on the same ingredients or themes they use."

As well as his fabulous recipes, Ed gives must-have tips on how to create perfect sauces, stocks, doughs, pastas and aromatic oils and seasonings. He also gives advice on planning and hosting dinner parties and how to match wine with food like an expert.

The magazine is on sale 28 April for 12 weeks in newsagents and selected supermarkets.

The Food in a flash & more sounds great. I teach a cooking class for beginers, and they always want more recipes using the same ingredients. This will be a great resource for them.
