Camembert vol-au-vents

Ingredients
  • 2 Tbsp chopped camembert cheese
  • 1 eschallot, finely diced
¼ bunch parsley,
  • finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 8 mini vol-au-vents
  • 2 cherry tomatoes, quartered

Shown here as the middle canape, these vol-au-vents are an essential part of your pre-dinner food. Enjoy!

Here's how:

1 Preheat oven to 180°C.

2 Mix the camembert, eschallot and parsley and season with salt and pepper. Spoon into the vol-au-vents and top with a tomato quarter.

3 Bake for 5 minutes.
