Working on winter in the middle of summer ... 

 

Whew, it's been hot hasn't it?

 

Here I am, flicking through a pile of winter magazines for inspiration for upcoming stories, and thinking to myself how lucky people are to have snow this time of year and not the heat! I'm looking at winter, because our magazine deadlines are such that our planning has to be thorough to ensure we capture the seasons' trends in the nick of time. 

Lots of exciting things will be happening this year within the team and we already have a newly appointed craft editor, Francesca. So keep an eye out for her lovely projects from the May issue onwards. Francesca comes to us from the world of television where she was one of the clever people behind the scenes researching and suggesting all those fabulous crafts you saw Tara doing on BH&G TV last year.
