2 1/2 tablespoons sweet paprika
2 tablespoons ground black pepper
2 tablespoons ground cumin
1 tablespoon ground coriander
1 tablespoon ground cloves
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground cardamon pods
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

To create the spice mix simply mix all of the ingredients together in a large bowl.
