Loopy cushion

Finished size: 50 x 50cm


Gather your supplies
9 balls of Patons Loopy Mohair (50g) (colour no. 1); 1 pair 5.50mm (No 5) knitting needles or size needed to give correct tension; wool needle and matching plain yarn for sewing seams; 50cm square cushion insert

Tension: 13 sts and 19 rows to 10 cm over stocking st, using 5.50mm needles and Loopy Mohair. To work tension square, use 5.50mm needles and Loopy Mohair, cast on 19 sts. Work 28 rows stocking st. Cast off loosely. Please check your tension carefully. If less sts use smaller needles, if more sts use bigger needles.

Cushion (make 2 pieces)
Using 5.50mm needles and Loopy Mohair, cast on 67 sts loosely.
Work in stocking st until work measures 50cm from beg, ending with a purl row.
Cast off loosely.

To make up: Do not press. Using wool needle sew in all ends. Using backstitch and matching plain yarn, join cushion pieces tog leaving an opening. Insert cushion and close opening.
