Two cards 4mm cream silk ribbon
Tapestry needle; No 18 chenille needle; No 10 crewel needle
50 x 45cm white cotton voile.

Here's how
Work the cross-stitch using two strands of yarn over two fabric threads. Work upright cross-stitch inside lattice on heart using one strand of 30739 rayon. Work back-stitch using one strand of cotton or gold yarn. Attach beads (refer to diagram) using crewel needle and one doubled strand of the corresponding thread colour. Embroider names and dates where indicated by lines using alphabet and numbers from the separate graph.

Silk ribbon embroidery
Baste cotton voile to the back of the stitched piece. Transfer the flower design using water-soluble pen mark the centres of flowers only with dots.
Referring to photograph, place a flower design in each corner and centre one above the heart.
Work the flowers and buds in lazy daisy-stitch using silk ribbon and chenille needle. Don't pull stitches too tight. Work the leaves in fly-stitch using the crewel needle and two strands of 523. Attach three light fern green beads using one doubled strand of 523 in the centre of each daisy. Dab the pen marks with a damp cotton bud to make them disappear.

Where have all the pictures gone? I know I've seen this pattern before, but it's kind of hard to work on this from memory.
