OUTDOOR LIVING IN STYLE
Australia has the best climate in the world, even our winter is mild by world standards. Jason & Rob will create an outdoor living space with a crazy paving floor and an artistic feature shelving unit to define the area. Surrounded by lush and fragrant planting, a water feature tops off the appeal of this rest and relaxation area.

RED WINE RISOTTO
Karen makes an unusual but utterly delicious variation of the classic risotto – a risotto with red wine. This is a dish you'll find throughout Northern Italy; the name changes with location because so does the wine. No need to travel quite so far – Karen's risotto is sure to satisfy your craving for a classic Italian dish!

BEEF STROGANOFF CASSEROLE Its cold outside so what could be better than an old favourite casserole that will never go out of fashion! Beef Stroganoff! It's changed over the years, being cooked in a hurry, becoming a little like a stir fry. Slow cooking allows the meat to become beautifully tender, as its originators had intended. Despite the long cooking time, the prep of this classic is about five minutes, into the oven and your off to read a book, go for a walk, or drink a bottle or two of red!

There is nothing more romantic in a garden than the aroma of sweetly scented plants. Graham is going to take you for an enchanting walk through a garden called Glen Harrow, in the Dandenong Ranges. He will show us his 5 favourite spots. The perfume and the gardens are just out of this world!

Rats are hardly nature's most loved little critters. Often thought of as disease carrying vermin, most could never imagine keeping one as a pet! The truth is that domesticated rats or 'fancy rat's' are very different from their wild ancestors, or the ones you see rummaging around in garbage. Perfect for people with limited space, time, and budgets – or a quirky sense of humour!

CHASING CHARLIE
Harry visits a family with a 6 month old Tasmanian farm dog – a Smithfield cross Blue Heeler named "Charlie". Charlie's problem is that he's a bit 'nippy', barks loudly, and jumps up all the time. Despite his big backyard, tons of attention, and exercise, Charlie can't control the urges and borders on frightening the kids...and there have been tears! Watch to find out how Dr Harry takes this energetic pup and finds a way to direct his energy lovingly toward his family.
