This is three year old Kolby, who entered the magazine's Hannah Montana competition. As you can tell, she's a huge fan!

Her mother Melissa says,

"To our surprise and hers, we received a parcel addressed to Kolby. She had won, and she was so happy and excited to have won, that I had to take a photo and send it in to you!"

Melissa says her other daughter has had great fun making the Hannah Montana craft.
