1 Put the chicken fillets on a flat surface. Cut through the centre of each fillet, lengthways, taking care not to cut right through the fillet. Open out the fillets so they're flat. Top 1 side of each fillet with sprigs of chervil and 2 slices of provolone. Fold remaining fillet half over filling.
2 Wrap each fillet with a bacon rasher and tie with string to secure. Season fillets with pepper. Heat a barbecue grill or hotplate to medium heat. Add fillets and cook on each side for 7-8 minutes or until cooked through.
