That’s why it is important to know everything you can about the auction process, and what you have to do to be ready to purchase the home of your dreams. Before the bidding begins, you should have had the house inspected, had legal documents checked by your solicitor, have organised a bank cheque for the deposit and have had finance pre-approved.
