Here's how
1. Preheat the oven to hot (210C). Place the pizza base on a lightly oiled pizza tray.
2. Spread the sauce evenly over the pizza base. Sprinkle 3/4 cup of the mozzarella over the sauce, then arrange the pepperoni, salami and mortadella on top. Sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella.
3. Bake for 20 minutes, or until the cheese has melted and the base is crunchy and golden. Cut into wedges and serve with a green salad and garlic bread, if desired.
Tip: Other meats, such as pancetta, prosciutto or any hot or spicy salami can also be used.
