Here's how
1. In a large bowl, combine the soy sauce, sherry, ginger, garlic, sugar and 1 teaspoon of the sesame oil. Add the chicken; set aside for 15 minutes.
2. Drain the chicken, reserving the marinade. Pat the chicken dry with paper towels.
3. Heat 1 tablespoon of the oil and the remaining sesame oil in a wok. Add the vegetables; stir-fry for 2-3 minutes and set aside. Heat the remaining oil, add the chicken and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes, or until just cooked. Return the vegetables to the wok with the reserved marinade. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes. Top with sesame seeds.
