Here's how
1. Place the stock, chicken, corn and pasta in a pan. Bring to the boil and then reduce the heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until the pasta is very tender.
2. Stir in the parsley and allow to cool. Process in a food processor or blender until smooth. Reheat or refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 5 days or freeze in portion sizes.
