Prawns with chilli and rosemary dipping salt

Prawns

 

Combine 1/3 cup pink salt flakes, 2 teaspoons dried chilli flakes and ¼ cup chopped rosemary in a small heavy-based pan and toss over a low heat for 1-2 minutes or until aromatic. Put in a small bowl and serve with freshly peeled prawns.
