Q: How do I get the free, weekly, emailed newsletter?
Simply sign up as a member of the website on the home page and every Thursday you'll receive our emailed newsletter. It tells you what's on the TV show, what's new in the magazine and on the website, as well as tips, news of competitions and special offers.

Q: How do I unsubscribe to the newsletter?

Here are the most frequently asked questions of our friendly Reader Services Department - they look after subscriptions and special offers.

Q: How do I subscribe to Better Homes and Gardens magazine?
There are a number of ways to subscribe.

1. Order online.

2. Call 1300 668 118 between 8.30am-5.30pm Eastern Standard Time, Monday to Friday.

3. Fill out the subscription form in the back of Better Homes and Gardens magazine. You can send a cheque or money order, or fill in your credit card details.

Q: When will I get my first issue?
Please allow 3-6 weeks for delivery of your first issue. This means you may not receive the current issue - it just depends which part of the month the order goes through to meet printing and postal deadlines. It always takes longer than you think!

Q: Will I receive a refund if I cancel my subscription?
Yes. On cancellation you will receive a refund for all unsent issues. Credit card refunds will be credited to your card - please allow 7-10 days. For cheque or money payments please allow 14 days to receive a refund cheque.

Q: What if I bought a gift subscription and wish to cancel it?
Unless otherwise requested, all refunds will be sent to the person who paid for the subscription.

Q: I have changed my address. How can I tell you?
Email us at subscriptions@pacificmags.com.au or phone 1300 668 118. Otherwise, use the carrier sheet that comes inside each subscription issue - there is space to change your details. Then just send this form to our mailing address:
Reader Services, Reply Paid 3146, Sydney, NSW 2001.

Q: What if I receive a damaged issue?
Email us at mailto:subscriptions@pacificmags.com.auor phone 1300 668 118 and we'll send you a replacement quick sticks.

Q: Can I get a back issue?
Yes. Please phone 1300 668 118. You will e asked to pay by credit card or else to send a cheque or money to the value of the magazine (currently $10.95 including postage and handling, telling us exactly which issue you want (don't forget the month and year!) to:
Reader Services, Reply Paid 7252 Wetherill Park DC NSW 1851.

Also, please supply a contact phone number or email address in case that issue is no longer available.

Q: When does my magazine arrive? What if it's late?
Better Homes and Gardens magazine is sent out a few days prior to the date it goes on sale in newsagents and supermarkets which is usually a Wednesday. Please do not consider your magazine late until the Tuesday after it goes on sale in the shops. If your magazine has not arrived by that date please email us at subscriptions@pacificmags.com.au or 1300 668 118.

Q: What is your privacy policy?
At Better Homes and Gardens we pride ourselves on our great relationship with our readers and subscribers. As such, we respect and understand your desire for privacy. We would like to take this opportunity to explain how we use the information you supply to us.

All the information we request from you is necessary to efficiently manage your subscription. It enables us to communicate with you better and ensure that your copy of Better Homes and Gardens magazine arrives promptly every month.

Occasionally, we also provide subscriber information to responsible third parties for marketing purposes. Under NO circumstances do we supply credit card or bank details.

I keep getting a bill and I never ordered online or books from this place and the numbers don't work thats probally how they try to charge you but you can never speak to someone....

Better Homes and Gardens is SO Shady! First off, not allowing contact by phone is disreputable. But, continuing to send renewal notices to elderly subscribers, erroneously stating that their subscription is out, when they are currently paid up through April of 2019--she'll be 107 by then! I'm just trying to contact someone to STOP THE SOLICITATION!!! Southern Living was helpful, Readers Digest didn't have a problem. But Better Homes and Gardens= ethically irresponsible and impossible to con

I accidentally fell into a 'free trial' trap. After a day or two think, eh, no thanks. And I log in, and wouldn't you know the only link that doesn't work is the 'unsubscribe' link. Genius!
