I have just moved into a public housing complex - and the smell of Tom Cats is putrid. I have 4 very small garden plots. I have deathly black thumbs when it comes to gardens. What can I plant that is Peter proof and has a pleasant perfume to overide the smell of cats. I am also on the pension.

I have a Queensland box grown near my shed it is infested with beatles all the leaves and the trunk has is filled with the eggs. How do I kill these insects. I think I will have to kill the whole tree so that it will not spread to my other trees
